Overview:
At Techno Consultancy, a UK-based digital transformation firm with over 20 years of experience in IT consulting and development across industries such as Financial Services, Retail, and EdTech, we are leveraging this strong foundation to expand into AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation, evolving into a strategic AI-led Digital Transformation partner.
This role is designed for individuals who want to understand and contribute to consultative B2B sales, not just perform outreach or follow scripts. This internship will involve working on real business scenarios, prospect understanding, and sales conversations, contributing directly to how we identify, engage, and convert the right clients, not routine lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Techno Consultancy's services, target industries, and ideal customer profiles, with the ability to identify where our AI and digital transformation solutions create real business value
- Identify potential clientsaligned with our offerings (AEO, AI Development, AI Consulting) by evaluating industry relevance, business maturity, and likelihood of need, rather than compiling generic lead lists
- Conduct structured data mining using relevant tools and platforms to identify high-quality prospects, focusing on decision-makers and companies with clear use cases for our services
- Build and maintaina well-structured lead database in Zoho, ensuringdata accuracy and segmentation instead of just data entry
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn and email with personalised, context-driven messaging, demonstrating clear understanding of the prospect's business and avoiding generic templates
- Manage follow-ups strategically by tracking responses, understanding engagement signals, and scheduling meetings with qualified and genuinely interested leads
- Maintain and update lead status (cold, warm, interested, meeting booked) with clear reasoning
- Contribute to preparingoutreach messages and email templatesby incorporating industryinsights, use cases, and value-driven communication
- Assist in creating sales proposals and presentations that clearly communicate problem statements, solution approach, and expected business outcomes
- Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach with content, positioning, and campaign messaging, ensuring consistency across touchpoints
- Support ongoing business development initiatives by identifying new outreach angles, target segments, and engagement strategies based on observations and research
Learning & Development
- Exposure to enterprise sales and consultative selling methodologies
- Understanding of AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation services
- Hands-on experience working with global markets, including UK and international clients
- Practical exposure to CRM tools, outreach strategies, and sales processes
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Compensation Structure
- Stipend will be performance-based, provided based on quality of contribution and outcomes achieved
