Role Overview:
Techno Consultancy UK Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to establish, lead, and scale the company’s global marketing function.
This is a leadership role responsible for defining and executing the overall marketing strategy, enhancing brand positioning, generating high-quality enterprise leads, and directly contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Establish and strengthen brand positioning across target markets
- Define go-to-market strategies for services and solutions
Demand Generation & Growth
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across channels
- Drive qualified lead generation aligned with sales objectives
- Build scalable demand generation frameworks and funnel optimisation strategies
Brand & Thought Leadership
- Develop thought leadership content, including insights, case studies, and industry perspectives
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and forums
Digital Marketing & Presence
- Oversee website, SEO, AEO, and digital marketing campaigns
- Optimise performance using analytics, data insights, and conversion metrics
- Continuously improve digital presence and user engagement
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to align marketing with business goals
- Support sales enablement through content, campaigns, and positioning
- Manage external partners, agencies, and vendors
Team Building
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team aligned with business growth
- Establish marketing processes, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks
- Drive a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology consulting environments
- Strong experience in enterprise or consulting-driven marketing
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and lead acquisition
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in AI, data analytics, cloud, or digital transformation domains
- Exposure to UK and/or European markets
- MBA (preferred)
